ingredients:
favorite, light roll or ciabatta
extra virgin olive oil
Garlic
2 tomatoes
spring onion or chives
a piece of cheese (gorgoznola, mozzarella, goat)
basil

A method of preparing

After cutting the rolls into slices, rub them with a clove cut in half or grated garlic (depending on how intense the garlic flavor you want to get) Add a little olive oil.

Scald and peel the tomatoes, then dice them. After draining the juice, put on the pieces of bread. Put thin slices of onion and grated cheese (it can also be in small pieces) on top of the tomatoes.

Place under the grill in the oven and bake for 5 minutes until the cheese dissolves. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with basil leaves.
