ingredients:
170 g of butter at room temperature
1/2 cup of white sugar (100g)
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons brown sugar (125g, can be replaced with white)
2 eggs M
2 cups of flour (260 g)
2 full tablespoons of bitter cocoa (30g)
1/2 packet of pudding powder (20 g)
2 level teaspoons of baking powder
pinch of salt
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla flavor
80g of milk or dark chocolate (according to your taste)

A method of preparing

Place the softened butter in a bowl with the aroma or vanilla essence and beat with the sugars using an electric mixer. Add one egg at a time, mixing constantly. In another bowl, combine flour, pudding, salt, cocoa, and powder. Add in portions to the butter, mixing constantly, until the dough is smooth. Shape into a ball and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (you can also make balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes). After this time, preheat the oven to 180 degrees without hot air. Shape into balls of the dough and place them on baking paper (baking in 3 rounds, 8 cookies each). Leave a gap of about 5 cm between the cookies. Chop the chocolate into pieces (more or less each cube into 4 pieces), try to make as few crumbs as possible, and do not add the remaining ones to the dough. Squeeze 3-4 pieces into each ball. Bake for 10 minutes. Take it out of the oven and leave it on the baking tray for 3 minutes, then put it on a wire rack until it is completely cool. Store in a closed container.
