ingredients:
170 g of soft butter
1 large egg
1/2 cup of white sugar
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 cups of flour
1 tablespoon of powdered vanilla pudding
1 flat teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 handfuls of any nuts
2 handfuls of raisins
100 g of milk chocolate

A method of preparing

Place the softened butter in a bowl and beat with the sugars using a blender. Add the egg while mixing further. In another bowl, combine flour, pudding, salt, powder, and baking soda. Add in portions to the butter, mixing constantly, until the dough is smooth. Chop the chocolate into pieces (more or less each cube into 4 pieces), try to make as few crumbs as possible, and do not add the remaining ones to the dough. Do not chop the nuts too finely. Add the raisins, nuts and chocolate to the dough, mix everything with your hands or a spatula so that the additions are evenly distributed. Shape into a ball and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. After this time, preheat the oven to 180 degrees without hot air. Shape into small balls of dough and place on baking sheets lined with baking paper. Remember to leave a gap of 5-7 cm between each cake. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Take it out of the oven and leave it on the baking tray for 3 minutes, then put it on a wire rack until it is completely cool. Store in a closed container.
